While watching our game against derby, I was thinking we could change from our 4231 to a 442 diamond relatively easily.

Vrancic on for Rupp and Hughill on for Argos. This would have left us with the original back 5, Skipp as holding mid, Vrancic and Steipy as the central pair, Emi as the tip with Pukki and Hughill up front.

Two approaches to scoring. Emi delicate through ball to Pukki - with the option for him to square it to Hughill. Vrancic, Aarons and Quintilla all putting great crosses into the box for Hughill, with the option to lay it off to Teemu. More complicated to defend against relative to 4231?

Instead Farke ended up taking Emi off and giving Hughill 5 minutes....
