Covid licences and stocks

I am planning to overthrow the UK Government as they are not fit for purpose. Once installed as UK dictator I plan on issuing everybody with a Covid licence. Same deal as the current DVLA driving licence in as far as you get a number of points for each breach of the Covid laws. Get caught out not wearing a face covering 6 points. Get caught out with you beak over the top of your face covering 6 points. No face covering 12 points. Face shields 6 points. Once you exceed 12 points you go into "SPECIAL MEASURES". Essentially each area will have a set of Public Stocks reinstalled like in the old days and the general public will be able to chuck s**t at people in Special Measures. Not rotten fruit and veg but real s**t. This will encourage the morons to attend to their National Duty and follow the guidelines.

There will be a special contingency for people who are in Special Measures but have mitigating circumstances that mean they can't wear a mask e.g. asthmatics. Not their fault they can't wear a mask after all but it is their fault that they couldn't be arsed to shop online. In such cases they can reduce the time on the stocks on paying 5 pounds a minute which would go to the NHS. Standard time in the stocks would be 20 mins for first offence which would double with each transgression. I would have this pandemic sorted in a month. Then I would crack on with sorting out the premier league.
