Has nothing to do with it. This is simply a matter of different rules applying to different sections of the population.
Piers Corbyn gets fined, ER and BLM don't. Students get fined, politicians don't.

I've no horse in any of these races. I just want the law to be consistent about the whole thing, or people will get pissed off, ignore the rules and we'll never get out of this s**tty mess.
