It is 1991 all over again

and football in England will be the worse off it adopted.

Two points:
1 - The PL (organisation) received approx £40,000,000 in transfer fee levies this summer. This - relatively unknown - bounty should be used to assist the wider football family.
2 - The Other 14 should work together to block this because, ultimately, they will be part of the 86-team pyramid that is cast adrift. And if that means that the wealthy owners (WW, Villa, Fulham) have to dip into their pockets to help rescue the FL, then that is the price to pay.
