1-0 down, 2-1 up, Mackerel men are on the up!

Two first half penalties in a minute, one missed and one converted saw PBowers & Pitsea go in at half-time 1-0 ahead.

The Essex boys' agricultural style was frustrating Worthing's more flowing football but a brace by super-sub Mo Diallo sent The Mackerels top of the league.
