To be fair we've always said we'd sell if the price is right.

Now you may disagree what the right price is, but that appears to be what is happening now.

Don't get me wrong, I entirely share your frustration. I guess it would be financial suicide for Webber to come out and say - yeah, we probably do need to sell as we can't balance the books. What message does that send buyers? If we can at least hold our nerve and play hard ball in negotiations then we wring out what we can.

For fans who hang on his every word it just goes against the grain of straight talking say-it-as-it-is Webber. But you can see why he'd take this approach.
