The whole point of VAR is to correct wrong decisions

The ref's decision to blow for full time was wrong because he should have awarded a penalty, so it was correctly overturned. The game ends when the whistle has gone and there are no outstanding ongoing VAR reviews (which the ref should be informed of pretty swiftly i.e. before the players are off the pitch!)
