It's worth reading the report it's abstracted from...

It's from early May (pre Dom's trip news?).

Has some really interesting context around who and why people didn't isolate.

A major factor seemed to be whether they had external support or not.

All still worrying definitely , but handy to look beyond the twitter outrage.

Would also be useful to know how things compare now. (the clamour for tests suggests that people are keen to know if they've got it - this study came at a point where people were only tested if they were hospitalised).
