I live in the North and can basically never get to home games (because our season ticket %age is so high, I'm rarely back in area) and only make the odd nearby away game (except when we're in the Prem as due to lack of attendance the chance of then getting a ticket proves minimal).
Id assumed the take was MUCH lower.
Also if 2000 buy away match "tickets" then with 500 going to the home team that still equates to £6.38 per ticket going to Norwich? That proportion then increases for every extra ticket Norwich sell.
Not sure Cowling can piss too much because Colchester havent enough true fans but obviously it becomes very unsustainable as the TV deal money will get diluted massively at the next round of sales?
