If say he went to Barca for £20m and a 30% sell on then if you say the going rate for a top defender would be £50m+ down the line then it's a good deal.

I'd imagine Luton probably have some sort of sell on we'd owe as well.

Plus it would also be a pretty decent testimonial for attracting any promising youth talent in the future.
