with the new restrictions on pub licensing laws, and i appreciate almost everyone will be asking this, but it is or is it another typical example of the political elite to be seen to be doing something constructive and at the same time covering their arse of their own incompetance with reagrds testing, rather than a genuine scientifically based pro active step. (possible question mark)
