Garlic cloves and seasoned with salt,pepper,basil and rosemary. Had no redders so stuck some white wine vinegar in the braising liquid. Needed some sugar to even things up but FUCKING HELL.Lovely man.I've only ever bought it once for myself and by the time I went to cook it it was off.
