Given he's not the most fluent English speaker, easy to make things as ambiguous as possible in the write-up- and given it's a PA piece feel that it's designed to be syndicated to all those regionals with 'interested' clubs.

Not sure it's either particularly worrying or particularly reassuring - roll on the end of the window.
