what's the difference between 9 and 10?

where do you draw the line. Big problem in the modern game is the players have all the power and if they REALLY want to leave you're better off letting them go. So its not a case of 'drawing a line' but persuading players that their staying is better for them (not the club) so that they want to stay. Spirit etc is important and is much boosted if you have a squad of players who are happy to be here.
