I am not going to criticise the decision regarding the league cup game, but let us hope that the German trip outweighs the advantages of being in round 2 this week and giving game-time to McGovern, Vrancic, Stiep, Sorensen, Sinani, Mumba, McCullum, Hugill & Gibson (and even the Bomb Squad, who could put themselves in the shop window)
