It's probably a good idea to have a squad that big....

If we are serious about winning automatic promotion. The Championship is demanding enough anyway under normal circumstances but I think it is a shorter season this year.
At least we know that if one of our 1st choice players gets injured then we have a quality player who hopefully is keen to impress, to come in and take his place.
