We were roughly a week behind the Spain/France curve and we locked down roughly a week later. It's hard to pointpoint exactly as Spain started regional lockdowns etc, while we did the partial lockdown thing.
With France they locked down on the day after we announced the partial lockdown (even though we were behind their curve).
With New Zealand, your right. They basically closed borders soon after s**t was hitting the fan in Europe in march. Guess that's the benefit of being in the arse end of nowhere and as you say not being a major travel hub like London.
