nobody voted for epidemiologists to govern us. and which ones? with what political or other views? what about other scientists who take quite different views?

I'm sorry, and I know i went on y'day, but it's basically a f**king outrage when a government introduces sweeping restrictions on liberty - of indefinite duration - without even discussing them in Parliament, let alone anything else. Oh, but it's all fine because there's a pandemic on. Ffs.
