All at the same time?

Yday, a woman on bbc news, can't remember if it was national or look east but doesn't matter..., said she had to spend hours online trying to get a test, rant, moan, slag off the system, etc.

(Voiceover later added that she got one locally later that same day)

So, not a story at all

And did she need to spend 5 hours on her pc or would the result have been the same if she had just gone back and refreshed a few hours later?

I don't know but they didn't even try to answer this qn, they just said 'system is crap'
