Sure, thats awful

But we never really hear about the proportions of these things and whether its just a temorary issue. One s**t thing happening to one person doesn't prove that the system doesn't work. And we never get informed at a national level when its resolved. I think in part is what leads to the outrage culture we live in now

As I say, the facts are we've done 17m+ tests in this country. How many of those have been competently done and how does that compare to other nations? Those would be sensible metrics to determine success rather than exceptions.
