If I disagree with your shambolic arguments then please don't extrapolate that to any other conclusions.

Nb - the case you referred to earlier actually shows that the legislation is being scrutinised by our independent judiciary to ensure that it doesn't breach human rights. The experts don't agree with your original points at the moment.

If, as liberty fears, the legislation gets extended beyond what is needed or proportionate then it'd be challenged again and overturned.

It's possible to take a nuanced view on this stuff.
