2. We have ALL said, time and countless time again, that the miserable last couple of seasons again is down to the Manager AND the players. But you can't just sack and shift out 8-10 players, much as you'd want to. You can, however, shift out the person responsible for bringing them in, in the first place.
3. Yes, I am a S-U-P-P-O-R-T-E-R too. That means I care about the club & I want it to do well. Sitting back and assuming all is well, when it patently isn't, is not how I equate with "supporting" the club.
4. No, we don't know how much motivation and management is given-but we have to assume quite a lot, so why is it so desperately ineffective?
