Sky are like that with me.

Bill is in my wife's name - we've been married nearly 4 years, have asked them numerous times, been asked to sent them our marriage certificate, of which we've sent 4 copies now.

Everything still comes through in her maiden name. We've refused to send them any more confirmation now, so they won't change it.
