Rocky IV is the best one.

That's where Rocky brings down 70 years of Soviet Communism by doing fairly well in a boxing match. Lots of ludicrous montage sequences of Rocky half-naked in a snowy field chopping wood while the Soviet authorities pump Ivan Drago full of drugs. Quite preposterous!
