Westfields was bigging up Reading's summer transfer targets while trashing Worthy's.
At the time everyone was delighted with NW's signings - even objective observers thought that helveg was the best signing that summer.
NW signed players who SHOULD have made more of a contrib than they did. Bentley greatly benefitted from his experience at the sharp end of football while Helveg, even though may have been played out of position, gave the ball away and in more dangerous circumstances than anyone else last season (v Man Utd, v Chelseas are two examples).
I mean; Thomas Helveg or Jimmy Bullard to be a premiership success? Sometimes you just can't account for reality.
