to motivate a team then the message is loud and clear now. When it comes to the crunch Mr Worthington cannot hack it. So if you read this Delia, Michael et al, please recognise the fact that whilst he can drill a team into submission, he cannot inspire them to feats beyond the mundane. He cannot get into peoples souls and get them to deliver when it matters most. So if you are happy with Championship football, then let him stay. He will keep us there, no problem. If you want to move on and progress, then I am afraid there is no option. We have to have a new manager.
