Is that we go off to play Burnley-not a big team, not a club in form, not anyone to really be worried about...and the oaf plays 4-5-1!
What does that tell Steve Cotterill and the Burnley lads? It smacks of "...they're worried about us, they're being cautious, lets give them what they're expecting and get at them...", and, after the first 10-15 mins or so, which, no doubt, Worthington will reflect back upon as "something to work on" Burnley realised we were nothing and offered nothing, and it was game over from that point.
And, a day or so after Worthington says Charlton is leaving the club, he picks him for a game-sorry, but isn't Simon Charlton "history" now-whats the point of including him, shouldn't the Manager be building a team and formation with next season in mind-how can he do that if he is picking players who hge has publicly said, have no future at the club, and, most of all, how can he pick a team and leave two of our most talented players on the bench, what is it with him and skill, he's frightened of it!
And FFS, WHY does Doherty have to start wrestling whoever he's marking whenever they get to within 15-20 yards of the goal, he's done it all season, he did it, well, I lost count last night...
Nothing less than diabolical last night. Shame on our Board if they think thats acceptable, if they do, then whatever their motives are, the welfare of the football club most definitely isn't one of them,
