My director is very reluctant to allow us to work from home

And wants us in on a rota basis. We are a team of project mangers, with most projects now coming to a halt. All meeting in our organisation are suspended and to be carried out over video conferencing. There is no need at all for us to come in. My organisation? The NHS.......
