Welllll...

The news from Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia;
areas all thought to have done relatively well in controlling the thing is, they are now re-instating lockdown measures as a second wave occurs, this after they lifted some lockdown restricitions in early March (back to office working, weddings and large social getherings permitted, bars re-opened etc). So it's probably going to rattle around like that for the forseeable future. Greatcoats on, greatcoats off
