btw, I'm not casting any doubt on your opinion that she is a great person. The problem for her is that loads of dickheads on social media these days demand people to be perfect, and make these ridiculous black or white character assessments and hound people for isolated mistakes. There were a few people on here like this (at least until a couple of months ago).

In reality, really good and kind people do act like c**ts sometimes, and that's OK, it doesn't make them a worse person.
