Assuming over £135 I think you’ll have a customs duty bill, 2.5% of total value (inc postage and packaging) is a sensible assumption, but you’d need to confirm.

Then there’s VAT to pay at 20% of the total value (inc postage and packaging and any customs duty).

I’m not an expert though, so could be wrong on some of this. But hopefully gives you a ballpark idea of what it could be
