"can be moved" - not "must be moved"

Individuals still need to exercise some common sense here.

Interesting one (for me) is where contact orders have been made on the basis of balancing school responsibilities/the need to not disrupt kids midweek, where now it might be fairer for parents to see kids 50:50 instead of one parent just getting them 2 days out of 7.
