Its not thiugh its simply pretending the whole season never happened. Its not making

a decision on the final placings which is basically impossible to do fairly.

If the league has any consideration of avoiding legal challenges then voiding it is clearly far, far, less open to legal challenges than any other option if they are unable to finish the season within a reasonable timescale.
