Don’t use your phone unless you log in and literally do nothing else on your phone

The system doesn’t seem to hold your place in the queue if you logged in by phone and then leave it running in the background.

Whereas I logged in via a PC, left that running in the background (Chrome) while working, clicked back at 9:01 and discovered I had less than 2 mins to wait.
