So right, three months back i was at the pub and whatever id eaten

Wasn't happy with me. I wanted to see the quiz through but eventually went to the loo. The cubicle was out of order and the bar staff said no when i asked if i could use one of the rooms upstairs.

Anyway i stuck it out till the end and attempted to cycle home. Eventually i had to stop and Paula Radvliffe it in a nearby drain.

I dread to think anyone might have been looking out their window after midnight.

When i got in i didn't turn any lights on, just put everything in the washing machine and showered in the dark.

Eventually i sat in the front room and laughed about it.
