Ben - when a poster exists only to bully, threaten, abuse or initimidate
would that not be grounds enough to delete that username?
If Dumpling is not deleted, the presumption can only be that this kind of behaviour is considered acceptable.
What do you intend to do about it? Because this crosses a big, fat red line for me and, I imagine, many others.
