I am sorry to hear you still go to hospital - what’s that for?

I am now seeing my psychiatrist once a year again and am stable.

I go the MK mix every week, the gym and walking group, sometimes bowling ten pin bowling that is.

I have my injection every two weeks still though. Cheers.
