a briefing is when the media get the information. It's simply not right to allow some to

have it and others not. You're talking about allowing some outlets to have more access to info than others, based on what the govt wants and a desire to avoid scrutiny by some seen as less amenable than others.

That's not how a free and fair press works and fortunately even those "amenable" outlets recognise that this is wrong and thus walked out. or would you like a communist govt to only brief Capitalist Worker and exclude all other press?
