What qualifies as a late luncheon?

Personally, I think lunch should commence as soon as possible after midday. 1pm is late. Any later than that is basically cruel and unusual punishment.

But then I'm a morning person and breakfast is generally done and dusted by 7.

Lucky I'm not Spanish, really.
