It isn’t but I like to understand the facts. We all come from Norwich

We all know it is a vibrant and pretty liberal place where this sort of thing is out of character even though every city in the world will also have some racists.

It would be interesting to know if the story broke because a resident of the flats or put it on social media sent the photo to a news outlet to highlight it or whether it came from a person or group with vested interests (whether left or right).
