I think the good football is related to the poor finishing

if you fill the team with technically neat and tidy footballers, who can't shoot, then you end up playing nice football and creating lots of chances, but not scoring.

For most of the last 18 months we've had Pukki to do the scoring and reduce the impact of this weakness, but his dip in form has really left a massive whole.
