Get a pair of the zoom turbos

The foam is the same, but doesn't have the carbon plate. I have a pair for my long runs. May be anecdotal but I feel less beaten up / sore with these.

Cheaper alternative is the standard pegasus. Wait for a sale too, they're pretty common and the there's always an extra 20% code towards the end. I typically pay around £50 for the pegasus which seems fair given their longevity.
