tbf I'm with Klopp on this

If you mandate a winter break and tell the clubs to respect it, to not arrange any matches within it, to give your players the full rest etc, then you can't really complain when a club decides to follow that instruction.

Hardly Klopp's fault that the FA and EPL can't co-ordinate on the issue.
