Journo based on their notes/research/pulled from arse: "But the government is now to review gambling laws, and is considering regulating the way bookmakers advertise through football."

Perhaps I hindsight I could have said a possible potentially good policy, but it's a Saturday morning on a football forum so splitting hairs wasnt top of my agenda. If it was, I'd probably argue an expressed intention to review the Gambling Act is a policy (being a proposed course of action) in itself.
