What's happened with Byram is possibly a repeated pattern with Farke

a player comes in and replaces a better player who is perhaps injured or off form and initially does well. He then deservedly retains his place for a few games. But then his performances then gradually decline and Farke keeps sticking with him when there are surely better options on the bench.
