Yes I think so. What is a little surprising is that they say they will cap

The tickets available for group 1 plus match pick at 70% of the allocation which is higher than I expected.

If we go down and lots of people were to choose Brentford for their match pick then there may only be 400 or so tickets go on sale to group 3.
