Issue is without a screen the accuracy is only slightly better than a mouse

I used one for a few months for CAD as an alternative to a mouse as a trial and in most cases its like a touch pad on a laptop.

Can't quite get the pen in the right position and can be irritating after lifting away. That's why with a screen you can see where your pen is going to hit at all times.

I only use it to sign digital documents and even then it's not the best...
