She would prefer to walk to work in Bank/Cannon St but is willing to live slightly further out and cycle in (so I was wrong on that one) - some interesting suggestions above so will look through those.

Her priority remains a modern, clean flat but she wants quality shopping nearby including fresh fish/organic food - as such, I reiterated my suggestion of Borough Market and she will now go and research how close she can get to that and still get the type of property she wants.

Budget around £1,300 so is expecting to need to share to stay under that, which may be correct if she wants a modern building - a lot around there appear to be ex-authority buildings.
