I reckon you're not far wrong there

I think some people see this as the final chance to rake in as much cash as possible before things change radically sometime in the next 2-3 decades.

First things first though, I fully expect there to be very serious social unrest in Britain before the end of this govt, but I really think we're entering a period of enormous change and a lot of people are going to struggle very badly
