Budget is a big question of course

A colleague was renting a room in a shared flat in bayswater/ Queensway area for c£1200 per month plus bills.

Area is ok and close to Hyde park, but it’s a lot of money

There are cool places further out which are an easy commute by train to Cannon Street, but depends what she wants
